Description

You will lead UI development efforts for ReactJS applications, managing a small team and owning the technical execution from design to deployment.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and write code for UI applications using ReactJS.
• Transform complex business requirements into UX design specifications.
• Implement accessibility standards (WCAG, ARIA) for inclusive web applications.
• Manage a team of 2-3 developers as needed.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of total Information Technology experience.
• Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent.
• 3+ years of experience in JavaScript.
• 3+ years of experience in TypeScript.
• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of ReactJS and UX Design.
• Experience with Agile or rapid application development methods.
• Expertise in source control (GitHub) and deployment tools (Jenkins).
• Experience in DevOps methodologies and CI/CD tools.

Preferred Skills

• Ability to communicate complex technology solutions to technical, business, and management teams.
