Responsibilities

• Lead feature development using React.js.
• Own the implementation of complex state management using Redux.
• Write clean, maintainable code adhering to modern JavaScript standards.
• Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Expertise in React.js, including hooks, context API, and lifecycle methods.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with TypeScript and Redux.
• Proficiency with testing libraries such as Jest or React Testing Library.
• Familiarity with Git workflows and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Next.js, Webpack, or Babel.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
