Description

You will lead front-end development efforts, owning the release pipeline and technical direction for the React codebase.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end development using React.js, implementing features with hooks, context API, and lifecycle methods.
• Manage and maintain the codebase using JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
• Integrate and manage application state using Redux.
• Implement unit and integration tests using Jest or React Testing Library to ensure code quality.
• Drive technical decisions and mentor the team in agile methodologies and Git workflows.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in front-end development.
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a technical lead capacity.
• Expertise in React.js, including hooks and context API.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+).
• Proficiency in TypeScript.
• Experience with Redux for state management.
• Familiarity with testing libraries such as Jest or React Testing Library.
• Experience with Git workflows and agile methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (Any Graduate).
• Experience leading distributed teams.
