Lead front-end development and technical execution for React-based applications.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
• Lead the development team and manage project status reporting.
• Own the implementation of core React principles and performance optimization strategies.
• Manage code versioning, branching, and merging workflows using Git or Bitbucket.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of professional software development experience.
• Deep proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
• Thorough understanding of React.js core principles and lifecycle.
• Expertise in ES6+ specifications and modern front-end build pipelines.
• Experience with client-side rendering, server-side rendering, and module federation.
• Hands-on experience with Webpack, NPM, or PNPM.
• Strong knowledge of Advanced Java Concepts.

Preferred Skills

• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and TypeScript.
• Experience with Next.js framework and Material-UI (MUI).
• Background in database programming or design.
