Description

Provide expert-level technical support and troubleshooting for React.js applications while contributing to development efforts.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, debug, and resolve front-end issues reported by clients to ensure seamless user experiences.
• Provide technical support for React.js applications, addressing UI components, performance, and functionality.
• Collaborate with developers, QA engineers, and product teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
• Monitor system performance to proactively identify and minimize potential downtime.
• Document troubleshooting steps, FAQs, and best practices to improve the technical knowledge base.

Required Skills

• 2 to 4 years of experience in React.js development and support.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Hands-on experience with React.js, Redux, and React Hooks.
• Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL.
• Proficiency using Chrome DevTools and Postman for debugging.
• Ability to work US shifts to support global customers.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with clients and internal teams.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience in technical support or customer-facing roles.
