Description

You will manage financial modeling and forecasting to support real estate acquisition and development projects.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain valuation models and proformas throughout the entire investment lifecycle.
• Determine preliminary income and expense projections and evaluate market rents.
• Analyze economic, demographic, and real estate market data, including sales comp tracking.
• Prepare cash flow projections and business plans to evaluate investment alternatives and exit strategies.
• Develop preliminary financial packages to support investment decisions by senior leadership.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of professional experience, ideally within real estate investment.
• Expert-level Excel modeling and cash flow modeling capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree with high academic achievement.
• Strong foundational knowledge of finance and real estate concepts.
• Ability to analyze legal, tax, and administrative structures.
• Advanced proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using Adobe Acrobat and DocuSign.
• Strong written and oral communication skills for stakeholder management.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in investment and asset management.
