Description

Manage a portfolio of clients as the primary point of contact, building long-term relationships with key stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted advisor relationships with customers through email, phone, presentations, and in-person meetings.
• Liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
• Forecast and track key account metrics while communicating progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives.
• Collaborate with Sales teams to onboard new clients and integrate existing ones.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring adherence to deadlines and client requirements.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of proven account management or relevant experience.
• Experience delivering client-focused solutions within Managed Services and Fixed Price IT service projects.
• Understanding of project delivery, contracts, and IT service models.
• Knowledge of mobile app development, website development, marketing, measurement, analytics, and content management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and influencing skills at executive and C-level.
• Ability to prioritize competing tasks and apply critical thinking to problem-solving.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with UK-based clients.
