Description

You will manage large-scale rebadging programs and project portfolios, ensuring high-quality delivery and alignment between onsite and offshore teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead reporting and analysis for individual projects and portfolios, including weekly status updates on progress, blockers, and dependencies.
• Manage the project lifecycle by maintaining RAID logs, resolving bottlenecks, and ensuring all changes are documented and approved.
• Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations, managing expectations, scheduling sync calls, and driving sign-offs.
• Own the Jira product backlog and scrum boards, prioritizing features with product owners and business analysts to mitigate risks.
• Oversee administrative project health, including timesheet reconciliation, revenue recognition, and onsite team resource management.

Required Skills

• 12-14 years of experience as a Program Manager or Technical Project Manager.
• Expertise in project management tools: Jira, Aha.io, and MS Project.
• Proven experience managing large, diverse teams with 50+ headcount across multiple time zones.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with project finance, revenue recognition, and tracking team deliverables.
• Ability to develop and execute training materials for medium to large groups.
• Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience presenting directly to C-level executives and client leadership.
