You manage end-to-end candidate sourcing and interview processes to meet hiring quotas.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of eligible candidates for future openings.
• Conduct phone or in-person interviews to assess candidate potential.
• Qualify or reject candidates based on resume reviews and interview feedback.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for candidate inquiries.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment or related roles.
• Proven ability to conduct interviews and develop candidate pipelines.
• Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed assigned quotas.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite.

• Any Graduate degree.
