You will manage the end-to-end candidate sourcing and engagement process to build a high-quality talent pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other social media platforms.
• Conduct initial screenings and resume reviews to assess candidate qualifications.
• Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with job requirements and team dynamics.
• Maintain a consistent pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
• Track and report on sourcing metrics to ensure alignment with recruitment timelines.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment.
• Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed for talent identification.
• Proven ability in Candidate Screening and Talent Pool Development.
• Experience with recruitment reporting and metric tracking.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to build professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
