You will manage the end-to-end candidate sourcing and engagement process to build a high-quality talent pipeline.
Responsibilities
- Identify and engage qualified candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other social media platforms.
- Conduct initial screenings and resume reviews to assess candidate qualifications.
- Partner with hiring managers to align sourcing strategies with job requirements and team dynamics.
- Maintain a consistent pipeline of talent for current and future roles.
- Track and report on sourcing metrics to ensure alignment with recruitment timelines.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in candidate sourcing and recruitment.
- Proficiency in using LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed for talent identification.
- Proven ability in Candidate Screening and Talent Pool Development.
- Experience with recruitment reporting and metric tracking.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build professional relationships with candidates and hiring teams.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
