Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to meet departmental hiring needs.

Responsibilities

  • Consult with department leaders and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
  • Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and conduct interviews to support various departments.
  • Utilize PATS (Personnel Action Trigger System) to manage, modify, and track approved positions.
  • Develop recruitment plans and outreach resources through universities and professional organizations.
  • Manage job postings, track applicant resumes, and generate weekly and monthly reports on filling positions.

Required Skills

  • Experience using PATS (Personnel Action Trigger System).
  • Ability to develop sourcing strategies for diverse candidate pools.
  • Experience conducting candidate pre-screening and interviews.
  • Proficiency in managing job postings and applicant tracking.
  • Ability to generate and analyze weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
  • Experience with university and professional organization outreach.
  • Graduate degree in any field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
