Manage the full-cycle recruitment process to meet departmental hiring needs.
Responsibilities
- Consult with department leaders and hiring managers to define recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
- Pre-screen candidates to assess qualifications and conduct interviews to support various departments.
- Utilize PATS (Personnel Action Trigger System) to manage, modify, and track approved positions.
- Develop recruitment plans and outreach resources through universities and professional organizations.
- Manage job postings, track applicant resumes, and generate weekly and monthly reports on filling positions.
Required Skills
- Experience using PATS (Personnel Action Trigger System).
- Ability to develop sourcing strategies for diverse candidate pools.
- Experience conducting candidate pre-screening and interviews.
