You manage the full recruitment lifecycle for Design and User Experience roles.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and select candidates specialized in Design and UX.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements and selection criteria.
• Conduct interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
• Implement diversity and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process.

Required Skills

• 4-5 years of recruitment experience focused on Design and UX roles.
• Proven knowledge of talent acquisition strategies.
• Hands-on experience with various sourcing tools and techniques.
• Strong understanding of current industry trends and recruitment best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Previous professional background as a UX Designer.
