Description

You will support the Singapore desk team by identifying and sourcing candidates for Singapore-based clients.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source suitable candidates through headhunting, database searches, online job advertisements, and referrals.
• Conduct cold and warm calls to perform phone screenings and select qualified talent.
• Coordinate interview schedules and manage post-interview processes including reference checks.
• Maintain candidate relationships from initial contact through to offer or rejection.
• Provide regular feedback to candidates and consultants regarding placement outcomes.

Required Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or sales environments.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage candidate relationships independently.
• Capability to take initiative on assigned job orders.
• Follow organizational compliance procedures.
