Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles for domestic product-based clients, covering sourcing, screening, negotiation, and onboarding.

You will own the full recruitment lifecycle, executing technical screening against specific skill sets and managing contract IT staffing requirements for various business units.

Handle rate negotiations with candidates to ensure alignment with client budgets and maintain strong communication throughout the process.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.

Required Skills

• 1 to 6 years of experience in Domestic Staffing.
• Proven track record in IT staffing.
• Hands-on experience managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Experience working with product-based clients.
• Knowledge of contract IT staffing models and processes.
• Strong rate negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication skills.
