You will manage the end-to-end recruitment cycle to meet client hiring requirements in Gurugram.

Responsibilities

• Source candidate profiles through Naukri and other job portals.
• Assess candidate skills, experience, and interests to ensure quality matches.
• Analyze candidate commitment and conduct background checks before submission.
• Format candidate resumes according to specific client requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients for feedback.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing via Naukri and other job portals.
• Experience in candidate assessment and background verification.
• Ability to meet daily and monthly submittal targets.
• Strong candidate management and interview coordination skills.
• Any Graduate degree.
