Responsibilities
- Source candidate profiles through Naukri and other job portals.
- Assess candidate skills, experience, and interests to ensure quality matches.
- Analyze candidate commitment and conduct background checks before submission.
- Format candidate resumes according to specific client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up with clients for feedback.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment.
- Proficiency in sourcing via Naukri and other job portals.
- Experience in candidate assessment and background verification.
- Ability to meet daily and monthly submittal targets.
- Strong candidate management and interview coordination skills.
- Any Graduate degree.
