You will manage end-to-end recruitment cycles to support hiring needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles from sourcing to hiring.
• Utilize job portals and social media platforms to identify and engage candidates.
• Manage candidate pipelines through various sourcing channels.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Track recruitment metrics and report on pipeline status.

Required Skills

• 2.5+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Proficiency with job portals including Naukri and Monster.
• Experience with social media hiring via LinkedIn Recruiter and Facebook.
• SourcePro certification.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Any Graduate degree.
• Experience in high-volume hiring environments.
