Manage end-to-end recruitment for Customer and IT support roles in Riga, Latvia. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute bulk hiring strategies to meet high-volume staffing needs.
• Conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability for support positions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for local talent.
• Coordinate hiring pipelines to ensure timely placement of candidates.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of recruitment experience.
• Proven track record in mass hiring and bulk recruitment.
• Strong interviewing skills.
• General HR functional knowledge.
• Must be a Latvian citizen.
• Degree from any graduate program.

Preferred Skills

• Experience hiring for Customer and IT support roles.
• Familiarity with local Latvian labor market dynamics.
