Description

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US direct clients in Non-IT, Engineering, Aerospace & Defense, and Healthcare sectors.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates via job portals and networking sites.
• Manage the complete candidate funnel from sourcing to offer and hire, ensuring high conversion ratios for submittals.
• Meet mutually agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with operations and key stakeholders.
• Conduct daily interactions and meetings with team leads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview evaluations.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Deep understanding of US Visa and employment types: W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT.
• Familiarity with Non-IT, Engineering, Aerospace, Defense, and Healthcare terminology.
• Proven ability to deliver results in a metrics-driven environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client and candidate interaction.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
