You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for direct US-based non-IT clients.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies to identify qualified candidates via job portals and networking platforms.
• Manage W2 roles for direct clients while maintaining high conversion ratios from submittals to interviews and placements.
• Meet agreed-upon recruitment Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with operations and key stakeholders.
• Collaborate with team members and business unit heads to discuss requirements, sourcing strategies, and interview evaluations.
• Build and maintain a continuous funnel of potential candidates to meet future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in US Recruitment.
• Deep understanding of US employment types including W2, US Citizen, GC, OPT, and CPT.
• Strong knowledge of Non-IT, Engineering, Aerospace & Defense, and Healthcare terminology.
• Proven ability to work in a metrics-driven environment.
• Superior communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage recruitment life cycles for direct clients.

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor’s Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
