Description

You will lead full-cycle recruitment efforts across multiple business groups, including IT.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and conduct reference checks for prospective employees.
• Extend offers and manage the orientation process for new hires.
• Perform exit interviews and process changes to employee status.
• Apply independent judgment and creativity to plan and accomplish recruitment goals.
• Lead and direct the work of others as required.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in recruiting or a related field.
• Proven experience recruiting across diverse business groups, specifically within IT.
• Deep familiarity with standard recruiting concepts, practices, and procedures.
• Ability to work with a high degree of latitude and autonomy.
• Experience managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle from offer to exit.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
