You will optimize talent and recruiting functions through data-driven process improvements and technical implementation.
Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses to identify opportunities for enhancing recruiting business operations.
Lead process improvement projects from discovery and data analysis through to technical implementation in Greenhouse.
Evaluate the impact of process changes using KPIs such as quality control, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
Manage change within owned projects by navigating stakeholder expectations and providing regular status reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Talent, Recruiting Coordination, PMO, Strategy and Planning, People Analytics, and Operations and Technology.
Required Skills
5+ years of experience in process improvement, specifically focused on Talent and Recruiting Operations.
Proven expertise in change management and navigating organizational transitions.
Strong understanding of risk management principles throughout the project lifecycle.
Demonstrated ability in project management, including task prioritization and managing competing deadlines.
Advanced stakeholder management skills with experience working across diverse teams and seniority levels.
Familiarity with ticketing and information management systems for project tracking.
Experience working with KPIs, People Analytics, and Recruiting Coordination.
Ability to perform process mapping and user interviews.
