You will manage the coordination aspects of the recruiting lifecycle, including high-volume interview scheduling and stakeholder management.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Schedule interviews for candidates, recruiters, and panel members.
• Manage high-volume interview scheduling and recruitment drives.
• Maintain relationships between recruiters, panel members, and candidates.
• Apply problem-solving and analytical abilities to resolve scheduling conflicts and service issues.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience as a Recruitment Coordinator.
• Proven expertise in high-volume interview scheduling.
• Experience managing large-scale recruitment drives.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
