Description

Lead the IT recruitment function to attract and hire technical talent. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies to build a diverse IT talent pipeline.
• Manage and mentor the recruitment team to ensure they meet hiring targets and professional growth goals.
• Oversee the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and sourcing to interviewing and offer negotiations.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define technical requirements and develop accurate job descriptions.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess strategy effectiveness and report outcomes to senior management.

Required Skills

• 7-10 years of experience in IT recruitment.
• Proven experience in a recruitment leadership or management role.
• Deep understanding of IT roles and technical domains.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and modern sourcing tools.
• Experience using job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals for sourcing.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for reporting and process improvement.
• Ability to manage resource allocation and team performance.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in in-house recruitment environments.
