Lead talent acquisition and manage the full recruitment lifecycle to meet organizational workforce needs.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with company goals and workforce planning.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job requisition through to candidate onboarding.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team on talent acquisition best practices.
• Analyze recruitment metrics and prepare reports for senior management to evaluate strategy effectiveness.
• Ensure all recruitment processes comply with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.

Required Skills

• Proven experience in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Ability to source candidates, conduct screenings, and manage interview coordination.
• Experience managing and mentoring recruitment teams.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Data-driven approach to utilizing recruitment metrics and analytics.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organizational and time management capabilities.

Preferred Skills

• Strong background in Human Resources or Business Administration.
