You will manage recruitment technology, processes, and data to optimize talent acquisition operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment technology and processes, including Lever ATS, candidate assessments, and recruitment marketing tools.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and KPIs to identify trends and implement optimization strategies.
• Analyze large datasets to generate reports and ensure data accuracy.
• Partner with internal stakeholders to provide guidance and ensure high-quality recruitment service delivery.
• Manage and develop a team of recruitment professionals through coaching and performance support.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of experience in a recruitment coordinator or operations-related role.
• Hands-on experience working with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, charts, and graphs.
• Complete understanding of recruitment workflows.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office and GSuite.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with VBA macros and data analysis tools.
