Description
You will manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and Non-IT roles within MSP/VMS frameworks.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT roles under MSP/VMS models.
- Source and screen talent using job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Coordinate with MSP partners, hiring managers, and VMS platforms to meet staffing requirements.
- Ensure all hiring activities comply with MSP/VMS guidelines, SLAs, and documentation standards.
- Maintain a qualified candidate pipeline and monitor market trends and competitor hiring strategies.
Required Skills
- 4-7 years of experience in India-based MSP/VMS recruiting for both IT and Non-IT domains.
- Hands-on experience with VMS platforms and SLA-driven hiring processes.
- Proven expertise in bulk hiring, contingent workforce, and contractual staffing.
- Proficiency with job portals, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and recruitment databases.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Any Graduate degree.
