Description

Manage end-to-end recruitment to meet hiring goals and partner with stakeholders to define position requirements.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to define position requirements and set hiring targets.
• Source and screen candidates via databases, portals, social media, and direct applications.
• Conduct interviews using selection tools to assess applicant knowledge and skills against role requirements.
• Maintain candidate relationships as the primary point of contact throughout the selection process.

Required Skills

• Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
• Proficiency in MS Excel for data management and reporting.
• Background in Human Resources (HR).
• Knowledge of Performance Evaluation, Training and Development, and Employee Engagement.
• Understanding of Payroll Management and Compensation & Benefits.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle development and payroll tasks.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in Market Research and Business Development.
