You manage end-to-end recruitment and support core HR operations in Mumbai.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Execute full-cycle recruitment by developing sourcing strategies and drafting job descriptions.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Conduct telephonic and face-to-face interviews to assess candidate fit.
• Coordinate interview scheduling and maintain candidate pipelines within the Applicant Tracking System.
• Manage HR operations including attendance, documentation, background checks, and employee file maintenance for audits.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or HR roles.
• Proven experience conducting F2F interviews and candidate screening.
• Proficiency in MS-Office and Excel.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Effective networking and planning abilities.
• Graduate or Post Graduate degree from a recognized university.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with HRMMS, preferably Zoho.
