You will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles, ensuring high-quality candidate flow.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage passive candidates using professional networks and databases.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess technical fit and cultural alignment.
• Negotiate offers and manage the closing process to secure top talent.
• Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
• Manage client communications and expectations throughout the hiring cycle.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in technical or general recruitment.
• Proven track record in client management and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong capability in offer negotiation and closing candidates.
• Experience sourcing for IT and non-IT domains.
• Ability to work hybrid, with three days per week in the Pune (Baner) office.
• Any Graduate degree.
