Description

You will manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles in Pune.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates across IT and non-IT domains.
• Manage client relationships and coordinate hiring requirements.
• Schedule and conduct initial candidate interviews.
• Track recruitment metrics and maintain candidate pipelines.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role specifications.

Required Skills

• 2-6 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong client management and stakeholder communication skills.
• Experience sourcing for both IT and non-IT profiles.
• Proficiency with recruitment tools and ATS platforms.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Hybrid work model: Thrice a week in-office at Baner.
