Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for Pune-based roles, managing client relationships, compensation negotiations, and offer delivery.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, from sourcing to offer negotiation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
• Negotiate compensation packages and close offers effectively.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate pipelines.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Proven ability in client management and stakeholder communication.
• Strong skills in compensation structuring and offer negotiation.
• Experience working in hybrid office environments.
• Background in IT or Non-IT sectors.
