Description

You will support critical enterprise-class systems, focusing on Red Hat OpenShift container platforms and associated Linux-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Manage requests for new or updated services and applications across multiple technical domains.
• Troubleshoot and remediate incidents within the OpenShift platform and adjacent technical fields.
• Operate within agile-based project teams to achieve common technical goals.
• Identify technical issues, develop solutions, and train others on implementation.

Required Skills

• 7+ years of relevant experience in technology environments.
• 4+ years working with enterprise-level container-based systems including OpenShift, Docker, CRI-O, and Kubernetes.
• 3+ years supporting dedicated Red Hat OpenShift Platform 3.x and 4.x systems (OCP, OCS, HAProxy).
• Experience supporting microservices and cloud-native applications in automated, multi-tenant CI/CD environments.
• Proficiency with Linux environments, preferably RHEL.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, Jenkins, or Artifactory.
• Experience with automation tools like Ansible, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
• Strong scripting skills in bash, python, JavaScript, Perl, or Ruby.
• Professional certification in applicable technology environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with monitoring tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, ElasticSearch, InfluxDB, Telegraf, or DataDog APM.
• Knowledge of infrastructure and security services including DNS, Firewall Rules, SSL, Load Balancers, and Identity Management.
