Description

You will serve as the Subject Matter Expert for Red Hat OpenShift and Kubernetes, owning the design, deployment, and maintenance of highly available container platforms.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy scalable container platforms using OpenShift and Rancher.
• Install, configure, upgrade, and patch OpenShift and Rancher clusters.
• Implement logging, monitoring, and alerting using Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK.
• Troubleshoot cluster, networking, storage, and application issues with root cause analysis.
• Create documentation, standards, and operational runbooks for customer teams.

Required Skills

• 5+ years hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenShift and Rancher (RKE, RKE2).
• Expert knowledge of Kubernetes architecture and operations.
• Experience supporting mixed OS environments (Windows and Linux).
• Proficiency with Prometheus, Grafana, and EFK for monitoring and logging.
• Demonstrated experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Rancher-specific management interfaces.
