Description

You will lead System Integration Services for Telco Cloud environments within Red Hat OpenStack.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy Network Function Virtualisation (NFV) and SDN-based networks for large telecom operators.
• Manage Red Hat OpenStack Platform (RHOSP) operations, including troubleshooting, upgrades, and scaling of compute and storage nodes.
• Execute Red Hat Ceph storage deployments and integrate them with RHOSP following best practices.
• Perform hardware maintenance, identify issues, and manage patching via Red Hat Satellite Server.
• Maintain system stability by performing regular backups of Overcloud and Undercloud environments.

Required Skills

• 12-15 years of Linux/Unix experience in Technical Services delivery.
• 3+ years of experience in the Telco domain with Red Hat OpenStack Platform operation and deployment.
• Hands-on experience with Red Hat OpenStack Platform versions 10, 13, and 16.
• Expertise in Red Hat Ceph storage and its integration with RHOSP.
• Deep knowledge of SDN/NFV MANO Architecture, including DPDK/SR-IOV, fast path, and CPU pinning.
• Experience with OpenStack Networking (Neutron) plug-ins, OVS, Cisco ACI, Cisco NSO, and OPNFV.
• Proficiency in Python scripting and Ansible automation for deployments.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Hypervisors, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and Docker.
