Description

You will design, implement, and maintain enterprise Redis database solutions in an on-premise environment, ensuring high availability, performance, and scalability.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement best practice standards for on-premise Redis database implementations to support internal technology and business requirements.
• Assist internal teams in designing and optimizing Redis-based solutions for application performance and scalability.
• Manage and optimize Redis cluster configurations, caching mechanisms, and automation tools to improve system reliability.
• Provide Tier-3 technical support by assisting SRE and L2 operations teams in troubleshooting and resolving complex Redis-related issues.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and technologies to enhance software engineering efficiency.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of strong hands-on experience with Redis, including implementation, cluster management, and performance optimization.
• Expertise in Redis Enterprise Platform administration and management.
• Proficiency in application development using Java and .NET integrated with Redis.
• Experience designing and implementing caching mechanisms using Redis.
• Experience supporting distributed systems and high-availability environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills for complex database issues.
• Knowledge of enterprise infrastructure technologies such as DNS.
• Experience developing automation tools, scripts, and operational documentation.
• Experience working with SRE and operations teams for production support.
