Description

Design and implement marketing automation strategies using Redpoint Interactions and Data Management.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns using Redpoint.
• Manage segmentation, targeting, and personalization strategies.
• Build and monitor customer journeys and workflows.
• Conduct A/B testing and track campaign performance.
• Schedule automation between Redpoint Interactions (RPI) and Redpoint Data Management (RPDM).

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience.
• Hands-on experience with Redpoint (RPI/RPDM) tool.
• Proficiency with Oracle SQL and data segmentation logic.
• Familiarity with CDP platforms.
• Knowledge of Redshift AWS technologies (EC2, S3, Glue).
• Understanding of omni-channel marketing principles.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with complex data integration workflows.
• Background in data engineering or analytics.
