Description

You will lead the design, implementation, and administration of Redshift data warehouses.

This role is remote.

Responsibilities

• Architect and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend for batch processing and HVR for real-time replication and CDC.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize BI dashboards and reporting using Spotfire.
• Write, review, and optimize complex SQL queries for analytics, reporting, and ETL transformations.
• Monitor and enhance Redshift performance, tuning queries, and managing distribution/sort keys.
• Integrate Redshift with AWS services like S3, Glue, Lambda, and Redshift Spectrum.

Required Skills

• Advanced, hands-on experience with AWS Redshift cluster setup and administration.
• Proficiency in complex SQL query writing and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AWS services (S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM).
• Demonstrated experience building and optimizing ETL/ELT pipelines.
• Practical experience implementing CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
• Experience with Talend and HVR for data movement.
• Familiarity with data security, backup, and recovery procedures in cloud environments.
• Bachelor's degree (B.E / B.Tech / MCA) or equivalent experience.
