Description

You serve as the Subject Matter Expert for the Redwood enterprise solution, managing architecture, performance, and security across SAP, AS400, Windows, and Linux environments.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Manage Redwood tool architecture, performance, and security across SAP, AS400, Windows, and Linux.
• Provide technical recommendations and application support for job scheduling on AIX and AS400 platforms.
• Mentor and train teams on using the tool to run scheduled applications.
• Maintain tool standards while supporting application owners and participating in a 24x7 on-call rotation.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of professional experience in enterprise administration.
• Proficiency in Python, PowerShell, or Shell scripting.
• Experience with Windows, CMD/PS1, Unix, and Linux operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Web Services, including SOAP and REST.
• Bachelor's Degree.
• Experience managing integrations or administration on ERP or SaaS platforms.
• Ability to support connectivity issues involving process servers, platform agents, and secure gateways.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with SAP, ServiceNow, Blue Yonder, or 1Source.
• Public Cloud experience.
• Networking knowledge to diagnose connectivity and email issues.
