Description

Lead sales strategy and execution to achieve regional targets and expand the customer base in the UAE.

Responsibilities

  • Architect and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets within assigned territories.
  • Create and deliver account strategies to secure large-scale contracts.
  • Negotiate complex deals and identify new partners to strengthen market presence.
  • Build and manage CXO-level relationships and foster long-term customer partnerships.
  • Manage sales funnels, forecasting, and budget setting through MIS.

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and strategic planning.
  • Proven track record of managing complex deal negotiations.
  • Experience in sales forecasting and funnel management.
  • Ability to communicate value propositions through formal proposals and presentations.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Product, and Marketing units.
  • Ability to develop cross-sales by linking solutions to specific customer business needs.
  • Any Graduate degree.
