Lead sales strategy and execution to achieve regional targets and expand the customer base in the UAE.
Responsibilities
- Architect and execute sales strategies to meet annual targets within assigned territories.
- Create and deliver account strategies to secure large-scale contracts.
- Negotiate complex deals and identify new partners to strengthen market presence.
- Build and manage CXO-level relationships and foster long-term customer partnerships.
- Manage sales funnels, forecasting, and budget setting through MIS.
Required Skills
- 5+ years of experience in sales leadership and strategic planning.
- Proven track record of managing complex deal negotiations.
- Experience in sales forecasting and funnel management.
- Ability to communicate value propositions through formal proposals and presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management skills across Engineering, Product, and Marketing units.
- Ability to develop cross-sales by linking solutions to specific customer business needs.
- Any Graduate degree.
