Description

You will serve as the technical lead for LogScale and NG-SIEM during the sales cycle, acting as a subject matter expert for prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical relationship with prospective customers from discovery through the sales cycle.
• Demonstrate platform capabilities and answer deep technical questions to establish a technical vision.
• Collaborate with sales, product management, and engineering to translate prospect needs into platform value.
• Execute go-to-market strategies by exploring new use cases, integrations, and partnerships.
• Provide internal enablement on related platforms such as Falcon Search Repository.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in technical sales or architect roles.
• Hands-on experience with log management, SIEM, and XDR.
• Expertise in data ingestion, parsing, manipulation, and visualization.
• Proven ability to prove out security use cases.
• Proficiency in MEDDPICC, Challenger Selling, or Value Selling methodologies.
• Experience with DevOps, ITOps, and Security workflows.
• Ability to thrive in a team-selling environment.
• Any Graduate degree.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of Linux and Windows troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with cloud concepts, container orchestration like Kubernetes, and distributed data stores.
• Experience with data shipping services, SSO concepts, and programming languages.
