Description

Deliver direct nursing care and execute clinical procedures within the Emergency Department. This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and evaluate patient response, side effects, and overall treatment effectiveness.
• Perform BLS, CPR, and critical emergency response actions under general supervision.
• Deliver nursing care and procedures strictly following physician orders and established nursing protocols.
• Participate in emergency response settings to ensure rapid and appropriate patient intervention.

Required Skills

• Current Registered Nurse license in the State of Tennessee or valid privilege to practice under the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Minimum one year of registered nursing experience, or a bachelor's degree, graduate degree, or diploma from an accredited nursing school.
• Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification.
• Current ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification.
• Ability to work three 12.5-hour shifts per week.
• Valid motor vehicle operator license (if required for role).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in high-acuity emergency department environments.
