This role provides direct patient care within a telemetry unit, focusing on cardiac monitoring and clinical interventions during 12-hour night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Monitor patient vital signs and cardiac rhythms in real-time.
• Execute nursing interventions based on telemetry data and clinical assessment.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and patient records.
• Provide direct patient care within the telemetry unit.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.

Required Skills

• Active Registered Nurse licensure and required state registration.
• 3+ years of nursing experience in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in Telemetry monitoring and cardiac rhythm interpretation.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Demonstrated experience in direct Patient Care.
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts effectively.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in acute care or critical care environments.
• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
