Description

Lead development for critical RegOps trading platforms and Securities Lending systems.

This role is hybrid.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain mission-critical trading and Securities Lending systems.
• Collaborate directly with trading desks, quantitative analysts, and risk teams.
• Implement and maintain automated testing frameworks for production environments.
• Own the implementation and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of Java development experience in capital markets or financial services.
• In-depth knowledge of Securities Lending platforms (e.g., FIS Loanet/Loanex, Global One).
• Proficiency with Java, Spring, and Hibernate frameworks.
• Experience with messaging systems: Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or IBM MQ.
• Expertise in CI/CD methodologies using Jenkins.
• Strong command of SQL Server, Sybase, and Oracle databases.
• Familiarity with Agile practices, Git, XML processing, and front-end basics (HTML/CSS/JS).

Preferred Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience with JMS.
