Description

You will support the Enterprise Archive Team by executing data indexing and archival processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze incoming project data and apply established data standards.
• Collaborate with project analysts on data preparation and requirements.
• Execute indexing processes and track progress, issues, and deadlines.
• Provide production support and resolve reported customer issues.
• Identify and implement process improvements within the team.

Required Skills

• 2+ years of experience in Production Support.
• 2+ years of experience in Process Analysis.
• 2+ years of experience in Troubleshooting and Problem Solving.
• 2+ years of experience with LAMP technologies.
• 2+ years of experience with GitHub.
• Proficiency with Linux, Apache, MySQL, and PHPQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of overall professional experience.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with AWS (S3) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of SOLR, Shell (BASH), and Containerization services.
• Familiarity with Object Storage Services.
