Description

You manage mandatory regulatory mailings within the Market Regs space of CORDS, ensuring compliance with local and country-specific non-KYC regulations.

Responsibilities

• Execute approximately 15 mandatory regulatory mailings required by local and country-specific non-KYC regulations.
• Report metrics and Key Risk Indicators (KRIs) to upper management.
• Collaborate with Business Units, Compliance, and global stakeholders to meet business demands.
• Manage high volumes and prioritize ad-hoc requests and projects under pressure.
• Escalate identified issues and risks to supervisors promptly.

Required Skills

• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite products.
• Experience with CORDS.
• Understanding of the U.S. banking environment and regulatory landscape.
• Knowledge of banking rules and regulations from financial regulators.
• Strong understanding of the Client Onboarding Process and documentation specific to KYC/AML and various entity types.
• Ability to research and investigate details to mitigate company risk profiles.
• Effective communication skills for upward, downward, and peer information sharing.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent graduation.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in U.S. banking and/or financial operations.
