Description

You will manage client relationships and oversee the end-to-end staffing delivery process in Cleveland, Ohio.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Maintain open relationships with key client personnel to ensure service satisfaction.
• Manage internal pipelines including candidate vetting, interview coordination, feedback loops, and placement execution.
• Coordinate with Account Managers to identify business development leads and opportunities.
• Oversee recruiters to ensure adequate job coverage and timely follow-up.
• Resolve client and candidate concerns and address compliance failures.

Required Skills

• 5+ years of experience in recruiting, client relationship management, or account management.
• Proven history of managing multiple accounts and delivering client-focused solutions.
• Experience using Bullhorn or a comparable applicant tracking system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically MS Excel.
• Experience with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) platforms.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to analyze problems and implement quick resolutions.
