Description

You will manage relay service center operations and execute testing and verification activities for low to medium complexity systems and products.

Responsibilities

• Manage relay service center or customer operations by coordinating with all stakeholders.
• Conduct testing and verification of systems, subsystems, or products according to contract specifications and quality standards.
• Coordinate with the relay operation factory for repair activities and manage service partners at site.
• Handle project closure documentation, including the collection of job certifications from customers.
• Communicate relay status and technical issues directly to customers.
• Maintain records related to relay repair invoicing.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience handling relay repair activities.
• Strong knowledge of relays and various protection systems.
• Hands-on experience with ABB numerical relays.
• Proficiency with configuration tools including PCM 600 and CAP500.
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and cybersecurity policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with relay repair invoicing and record maintenance.
