Description

Own relay service center operations, testing, and verification for low to medium complexity systems. Manage the full project lifecycle from stakeholder coordination to closure.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate relay service center operations and manage customer interactions.
• Conduct testing and verification of systems per contract specifications and quality standards.
• Manage repair activities with the factory and oversee service partners at site.
• Handle project closure documentation and collect job certifications from customers.
• Maintain records for relay repair invoicing and communicate technical status directly to clients.

Required Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 2 to 3 years of experience handling relay repair activities.
• Strong knowledge of relays and various protection systems.
• Hands-on experience with ABB numerical relays.
• Proficiency with configuration tools including PCM 600 and CAP500.
• Ability to adhere to safety guidelines and cybersecurity policies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with relay repair invoicing and record maintenance.
