Description

You will act as a Project Manager within the Release Engineering team to drive release cycles and manage administrative workflows.

This role is on-site.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage release cycles, dedicating approximately 45% of time to planning and 40% to management.
• Intake user stories and verify they are built to specification.
• Attend weekly Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings to track release approvals and disapprovals.
• Coordinate with the team and consolidate all release data for the upcoming 1-2 week windows.
• Enforce processes and push back on developers when necessary to maintain standards.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience in IT Project Management or Project Coordination.
• Proven experience in release scheduling and lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Experience working within Azure DevOps.
• Ability to manage release planning and execution in a structured environment.
• Strong communication skills to coordinate across technical teams and answer queries quickly.
