Job Description:

• Bachelor's degree or Master’s Degree in Computer science, or a related field, with minimum 12+ Years of relevant experience.
• Must Have Experience: 5 to 7 years overall experience in Linux / Platform Engineering environments, with 5+ years of strong hands-on experience in Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) administration, engineering, and modernization initiatives including RHEL9 exposure.
• Having strong Release Engineer / Platform Engineer to support an enterprise infrastructure modernization initiative focused on migrating environments from RHEL7 to RHEL9
• Involves platform modernization, containerization, CI/CD automation, package engineering, and security/vulnerability remediation.
• Must have Strong hands-on experience with Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL), especially RHEL9.
• Linux administration and troubleshooting expertise
• Python development/scripting experience
• Groovy scripting for Jenkins DSL
• Experience with Docker, Podman, Kubernetes, Rancher
• Strong Jenkins CI/CD experience
• Experience with Make, CMake, GCC build systems
• Vulnerability remediation and security hardening experience
• Experience with Ansible for large-scale OS configuration
